What are Buckets?

Memory Buckets are “folders” for your memories. You can use them to store memories for different projects or contexts, and they will be isolated from each other.

You can have a separate bucket for Personal vs. Work memories, or you can have separate buckets for Project X, Project Y, and Project Z. The possibilities are endless!

By default, every account starts out with a bucket called “General”. All your memories go into that Bucket by default, and this Bucket cannot be deleted.

How do I create a Bucket?

It’s very simple. Open the MemoryPlugin Dashboard and click New Button. Give your Bucket a name, click Create, and you’re done!

Note: Bucket names cannot be numbers. You can include numbers in your bucket name, but the name needs to include other characters to be valid.

Are there any limits on the number of Buckets I can create?

For most users, there are virtually no limits to the number of Buckets you can create. You can create dozens and hundreds of Buckets without any issues.

If you want to create more than that, please reach out to us from our website.
